Pension Design & Administration, Inc. is a closely held
corporation that was established in 1988. The principal of
the corporation has been actively involved with qualified
retirement plan consulting and administration since 1974.
The management and consulting staff is well known and
respected in the pension community for their expertise and
integrity. During the last 30 years, they have
successfully established and managed the qualified plan
department for a major financial institution, and managed
a large regional staff of the pension administration
department for a major insurance company in the Northwest.
We have earned our experience through actively
designing, installing and providing administration
services for more than three decades. This experience
benefits each and every retirement plan we design and
provide administration services to. Our staff is dedicated
to helping employers implement retirement plans that
promote corporate goals and objectives, control costs and
give employees a sense of security.

Doris Kopp, QPA, QKA
President
Pension Design & Administration, Inc. is managed by
Doris Kopp, a highly motivated and experienced consultant.
Doris’ prior employment includes holding the positions of
Pension Analyst and Supervisor in the SAFECO Pension
Department, Vice President and Manager of the Pension
Department at Security Pacific Bank, and at a major
Seattle insurance brokerage firm. She successfully
established administration for pension and profit sharing
plans as a new product line and developed defined
contribution prototype plans. She has extensive plan
administration experience with particular emphasis on
design, installation and operational issues of all
qualified retirement plans.
Doris holds the titles of Qualified Pension
Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)
and is a member of the American Society of Pension
Professionals & Actuaries and ASPPA Benefits Counsel of
the Great Northwest.
Sandy Fisher, QKA
Executive Vice President
Sandy Fisher joined Pension Design & Administration,
Inc. in 1993 with significant experience in management and
corporate operations. Prior to beginning her career in the
retirement benefit plans field, she was involved in the
operation of her own company. She is currently responsible
for the administration of 401(k) plans, with a primary
focus on the more complex 401(k) plans.
Sandy holds the title of Qualified 401(k) Administrator
(QKA) and is a member of the American Society of Pension
Professionals & Actuaries and ASPPA Benefits Counsel of
the Great Northwest.
